I dont usually leave these but here we are. The dyslexia font option is something my daughter actually uses now and the whole thing didnt slow my site down at all.

Wasnt expecting much but my store finally feels usable for everyone who visits. Customers noticed right away.

Customers can have the page read out loud now and a few regulars told me they use it daily. I also appreciate that the widget just sits there politely instead of popping up and pestering everyone. Couple of requests, let me restyl

Got the whole thing live myself in an afternoon, no developer involved. handed the generated certificate straight to our legal team and it ticked the box they needed for our EU customers.

Running a small buisness I never had the time or money to make my shop properly acessable for everyone. Now disabled shoppers can size up the text or shift the colors to whatever works for their eyes, and a handful have emailed saying they finally completed an order. That alone paid for it. I also sleep better knowing im covered on the compliance side. The one thing id change is letting me preview the widget before it goes live.

My partner has dyslexia so this one hit home for me. Switching on the dyslexia friendly font and the reading line guide made our store something she could actually use without straining. The text to speech is handy for folks who'd rather listen. And it kept working when we flipped the site into Spanish which surprised me. Two small things, id like more font options and the translated labels read a little stiff sometimes.

It added screen reader compatibility and thats huge for inclusivity. also the compliance reports help show we are trying to follow standards. took me a bit to find where the widget settings were and i mistyped something in setup. after that it worked fine.
