Malik and Sana was very helpful setting up the widget and were able to help me customize the app. My website required bulk alt text to be added and the are working to adjust the app for my needs to make that easier to do so. They even go on a video chat to help make the changes to the widget and talk about the other things I needed help with.

I needed an app that was for ADA so I would not have to worry about lawsuits. I found this App recommended by Shopify. I love the fact that there is great customer service. I was having a problem setting it up. And right away in my chats Sana asked if she could call. She did and walked me through the process. It was quick and easy. Customer services non-existent. - Reached out through chat, no response - Sent an email, no response - Signed up for a meeting, nobody showed up - Called the phone number on their website, but nobody answered Working on this for over a week, trying to get a hold of somebody. Unfortunately, they're just not there. I like what I see on the front-end, but I'm unsure if we're fully compliant with accessibility on our website. I'm having trouble getting the audit part to work at all. Mention something about credits; there's no information on the app or on their website.
