Very basic app.

Accord is designed to provide fully on-brand AI voice calls and SMS for recovering abandoned checkouts, but it looks like you may not have been able to complete setup. I notice your store never selected a billing plan and no calls or API activity were triggered, which usually means the onboarding didn’t finish - so you weren’t able to experience the actual functionality. AI can be exciting but also a little intimidating at first. When we came across Accord, we were hesitant, but after meeting with Daniel, we knew it was going to be a good decision for our business. His motivation, excitement, and openness to new ideas from addressing abandoned carts to improving marketing campaigns and outreach. Accord isn’t just an assistant you can customize and personally train - it comes with a team focused on innovation and helping your business succeed. I think that level of dedication and collaboration is rare to find nowadays, and that’s something they’ve done really well here.

I've been using Accord for a while now, Daniel and the team have been fantastic. They not only helped us manage abandoned checkouts but also worked with us to build a strategy around improving our cart-to-checkout flow and voice / sms outreach. The dashboard is easy to use and integrates seamless with our team as well. Setup was quick and the support has been incredible. Love how the team takes initiative instead of waiting for us to make the first move. 10 / 10
