After spending days with another app similar to this, I gave up thinking what we needed couldn't happen. Then we searched for the highest recommendation for order editing built for Shopify and AE was the number one choice, so we installed. We set up a meeting for the following morning. Within minutes, their team not only walked me through, but volunteered to set up totally for me. This app does everything we needed and will free so much time spent supporting our clients while allowing them to have full control. I love that I could pick and choose which options worked for us. DO NOT HESITATE to get this app! It's AMAZING and their TEAM is PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE and PROVIDED more than we expected. Grateful for them!
