Actually Asked is an AI FAQ Shopify App that allows merchants to add a FAQ block to their theme, generated from actual shopper questions. The app answers queries based on the merchant's own pages and products, and grows as shoppers ask more questions. Users can easily manage the FAQ content, pin, edit, or remove entries without the risk of being overwritten. Additionally, the app provides a feature where questions that cannot be answered by the pages are sent to the merchant via a weekly email. Shoppers also have the option to leave their email for merchants to respond directly.
