Acutrack Book Fulfillment
Acutrack, a Shopify App for printing and fulfillment services, has received overwhelmingly positive reviews from ecommerce merchants. Users praise the app for its high-quality printing solutions, competitive pricing, timely project completion, and excellent customer service. Acutrack's willingness to work with customers to ensure their success and ability to handle everything from printing to shipping seamlessly are highlighted as major strengths. The app's integration with Shopify is seamless, allowing for hands-off operation of the business. However, there are some minor issues mentioned, such as slower domestic shipping compared to Amazon and a glitch in recognizing UK as a valid country code. Overall, Acutrack is highly recommended for businesses looking for automated fulfillment solutions.
We've tested multiple U.S. printers and fulfillment centers and I can confidently say that Acutrack is the best. What makes them stand out is their willingness to work with us and accommodate us to see us succeed. Definitely recommend for anyone who want to scale their book publishing business.
Acutrack has been awesome. They've got higher-quality printing solutions than many competitors. They've got real customer service people to help you out. Their warehouse and shipping is totally automated, so I can focus on selling books while they ship them. They take care of international shipping. The only downside is that it's a little bit slow in comparison to Amazon for domestic shipping (but who isn't?). But other than that, Acutrack is solid—especially as a printing solution.
We switched to Acutrack in 2023 and have had zero regrets. You cannot beat their pricing and ability to complete projects in a timely manner. Any issues we have had have been resolved quickly and easily. Manmath and Pete are always a pleasure to deal with.
Shout out to Manmath. This company have gone above and beyond to meet our tight deadlines and have so far been super happy. It’s great having one company do everything from printing to shipping.
Really great/intuitive integration — the only issue I've had is the "ship error activity" feature, and how it doesn't recognize the UK as a valid country code so I have to go back in and change it to "Great Britain."
