App has been broken for a week. Contacted support. No response. Unistalled.
My wife, who was 27 weeks pregnant, had a bad fall and ended up in the hospital while they monitored the baby. I never left her side. Meanwhile, one of the app's servers shutdown instead of rebooting during an otherwise normal update. I wasn't aware of this until I got home, which is why it was down for a week. I'm sorry for the inconvenience this caused.

Ap not working - no notice given - no customer service. shoddy.

Used to be great but for about 2 weeks now it has not worked and no customer support has responded. Unfortunately actively looking for a replacement. (broken app)

the application worked very well, but some functions were not adjusted after an update. We had to change apps because the owner said he would fix it, but the problem persisted 3 months later—a great disappointment.
