I had hope for this app but it does not seem to work very well with American addresses. All of the addresses it "automatically" updates still get flagged by Shopify and suggest a different one from what they changed it too. Was fairly disappointed considering all of the good reviews.

I've just set up the app on my store and it was so refreshing to have support from a human being - with the option for video call. David was great! He helped me immensely. We discussed my issues, he explained the settings, took me through what they all meant and how best to work them to resolve my issues. What a great customer experience! I can't believe we ran our shop for so long without this app. It's a no-brainer that this is helpful and saves a lot of trouble and work for customer service.
