Before we got this app we were getting packages sent back to us mostly because the customer had forgotten to add their house number. Since installing the app, we have almost completely illuminated failed deliveries. A feature wish would be to receive a notification when a customers order has been put on hold - perhaps not right away but at a set time after being asked to review.

Since we started using AddressHero, invalid addresses and manual corrections are a thing of the past. We used to constantly chase customers for missing house numbers and deal with failed deliveries—now that’s almost completely eliminated. The number of delivery issues has dropped significantly. This app saves us time, money, and stress. Honestly, something like this should be built into Shopify by default. A clear recommendation for any store.

Wirklich eine super App! Einfach zu installieren und wirklich essenziell für jeden Shopbetreiber. Das Zahlungsmodell finde ich am allerbesten, weil dadurch auch kleine Shops direkt loslegen können, ohne Geld zu verlieren.

Unfortunately, an astonishing number of customers are unable to enter the correct address—often the street name is wrong or the house number is missing. This results in a high amount of manual effort and increased costs. With the tool, this problem occurs significantly less frequently, there’s hardly any manual effort left, and we save a lot of unnecessary costs. Really great and highly recommendable.

Endlich weniger Adresschaos, bin so erleichtert! Ich hatte regelmäßig Probleme mit falsch eingegebenen Adressen im Checkout. Vor allem bei Postleitzahlen oder Städtenamen. Das hat nicht nur Zeit gekostet, sondern auch jede Menge Nerven. Seit ich AdressHero installiert habe, kommen viel weniger fehlerhafte Bestellungen rein. Die App korrigiert Eingaben sofort und macht den Bestellprozess einfach runder. Ich wusste nicht, wie sehr ich das gebraucht habe bis es plötzlich ruhig im Postfach wurde. Für mich eine der besten Apps im ganzen Shopify-Ökosystem! Ich danke euch von Herzen.

Adresshero is a huge support to increase customer satisfaction, as the address is already checked during checkout, errors are eliminated and the parcel reaches the customer quickly. This reduces the number of undelivered parcels for me and also saves on shipping costs.
