Address issues used to be a constant headache - chasing down customers for missing details and manually fixing incorrect entries. After integrating AddressHero, delivery failures have significantly decreased. Frankly, this is the kind of tool Shopify should offer out of the box. A must-have for any serious store!

Absolutely essential app – finally a real solution to missing address details! We’ve struggled for years with customers forgetting to enter their house number during checkout – and unfortunately, Shopify never offered a proper fix. AddressHero solved this issue instantly. It automatically detects incomplete or incorrect addresses and prompts customers to correct them before the order is placed. Not only does it prevent missing house numbers, but it also blocks invalid characters and even works perfectly with express checkouts like PayPal. Since using AddressHero, we’ve stopped wasting time chasing customers for missing address details. It just works – smoothly and reliably. This app has saved us time, money, and frustration. Hatten es bisher über Flows versucht zu lösen, allerdings mit wenig Erfolg. Eine App die wirklich einen Mehrwert bringt und auch Kosten/ Zeit spart.

We used to deal with tons of failed deliveries due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. AddressHero fixed that completely. It automatically detects missing house numbers and invalid formats and prompts customers to correct them. Seamless integration, no extra work on our end. Highly recommended for any store shipping in Germany.

Einer der sinnvollsten Shopify Apps, sollte Shopify eigentlich als default einbauen, dass es so ist. Einfach ein Must-have für jeden, es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall die App zu nutzen.

Super App, seitdem kommen keine Adressfehler mehr vor was uns viel Zeit im Kundenservice spart. Der Support ist auch 1A und sehr hilfsbereit.
