This app really helped us prevent one of our main customer facing pain points: failed deliveries due to missing house numbers. In combination with the address verification based on "DHL Leitcodierung" (specific German requirement) our delivery data became much more accurate. I also was in touch with David who was willing to an edge case that maybe only we as a shop have but directly transferrred our request to the app's dev team. I can highly recommend the app.

The App is an ultimative game changer. Before AddressHero we had so many false Adresses, had to run after a bunch of customers to get their house numbers or addresses right which caused us bad reviews of "apparently long shipping times2, though they never answered our mails. If you feel the same problem, definitely download it, its amazing!

Finally the perfect app for address validation. We had so many issues with customers forgetting their house numbers and had to contact them manually and wait for their answers. We save so much time and money with this app. Absolute no-brainer and we would recommend everyone to use AddressHero.

We've been using Adresshero for almost two months and are extremely satisfied with the app. Since it's common for addresses to be entered incorrectly, house numbers to be missing, or an old address to be entered, we wanted to save money and time, which this app allows us to do. Absolutely recommend it and a huge game changer :)

Since we started using AddressHero, invalid addresses and manual corrections are no longer an issue. We used to constantly chase customers for missing house numbers and deal with failed deliveries—now that’s almost completely gone. The number of delivery issues has dropped significantly. This app saves us time, money, and headaches. Honestly, this should be a native Shopify feature. Highly recommended for any store.

Seit wir AddressHero nutzen, haben wir deutlich weniger Probleme mit falschen oder unvollständigen Adressen. Die automatische Prüfung und die Vorschläge im Checkout funktionieren zuverlässig – das reduziert Rücksendungen und Supportaufwand. Die Einrichtung war unkompliziert und läuft stabil. Für uns eine sinnvolle Ergänzung im Shop.
