本アプリ実装後、新規のお客様からのお問い合わせは激減しました。 問合せへの対応も早く、大変助かりました。
記載されている内容でしっかり稼働します。使い始めたところではあるので、期待通りお客様の注文間違いが減るかはまだわかりませんが、機能に関しては必要十分です。設定周りで質問を送りましたが、丁寧に対応していただき大変助かりました。

当店では、顧客に対して郵送によるお知らせを送る場合があるのですが、顧客のデフォルト住所が最新の配送先に上書きされてしまうというShopifyの動作に悩まされてきました。しかしこのアプリを使うことでそれが防止され、目視による郵送先住所変更の負担が軽減されました。ただし（これもShopifyとAmazon Payの仕様の問題ですが）Amazon Pay利用時の挙動には注意が必要です。
