I recently tried using Adoric Bundles on my store, and overall it’s a very solid app, especially if you want to start doing bundles, volume discounts or upsells without complicated setup.

I am very happy that I found the guys at Adoric. They have been helpful as could be, hands-on, quick to respond, and their system has converted to increased sales almost instantly. I would definitely recommend Adoric!

We use Adoric Bundles to try different bundle types with discounts. Some of them worked better than others, but overall, it’s a great app and very easy to use, even if you’re not technical. Also, their support team is amazing. We’re a Shopify Plus brand, and for us, good support is super important. Adoric team is always there to help, even on WhatsApp when needed. Really professional and friendly people.

This app not only has limited functionality, but what really alarmed me was how the support team handled my issue. Without my permission, they used my store products inside their admin app, which is a serious data violation. We don't share our store products outside our store, and this was not disclosed prior. That’s a major breach of trust and raises serious security concerns. When I raised this, their response was: “It's only admin access that helps us to fix if something is wrong with the campaign. What's your phone number, please? And our manager will call and explain everything.” This is exactly the problem — dismissing merchant concerns instead of respecting data boundaries. Merchants deserve transparency and control over their stores. I cannot recommend this app.
Hi, it's Barak, a manager from the team. I tried to call and explain the 'admin' interface you saw in the video. I sent you a video to your mobile number, showing that we only use the data that merchants accept to send us while installing the app. The data is arriving via the Shopify API, and we can't take other data, since we're a Built For Shopify app. When you browse our app listing page, you can see the Data Access section that specifies the data we have access to. The admin area is to show you how to change settings and ONLY to improve our services. WE don't do anything disallowed with the data, Please, return to my calls/messages. I really want to explain myself and make you feel better.
