I was really satisfied with the customer support. Barak was really helpful in trying to help me create my popup with an embed code, unfortunately we weren't able to and I think if you want to create popups with HTML codes it's not the first choice. That said it was some of the best customer service I've ever had from a Shopify app and I highly recommend it!
