We have seeked answers from the app-developers about this app many times during several years without any replies. We keep on being charged without the app working at all and it has messed up our entire store. Avoid this app.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. The app gives us the granular control that's missing from Shopify's native localization features. We use this app to change the layout and essentially show a completely different website based on user location. I have had to contact the developer for specific use case modifications and the functionality was added to the app and live on our website within 24hrs.

The app works wonders and the support team is always there to help! Since I am new to the app, I figured out how to set up everything and things were smooth. But then I came across some things that weren't exactly functioning properly. Surely there was something that I've missed, so I reached out to their support and I kid you not, they work fast and are very communicative to solve any issues you have within the app. Thank you support team! 10/10 would recommend
