I've sent two emails to support, and I waited over a week for a response to each one. The support has been absolutely nonexistent. So far, this is the worst app I've ever installed, and I use more than 15 apps on my website.

We have seeked answers from the app-developers about this app many times during several years without any replies. We keep on being charged without the app working at all and it has messed up our entire store. Avoid this app.

My overall experience has been extremely positive. The app gives us the granular control that's missing from Shopify's native localization features. We use this app to change the layout and essentially show a completely different website based on user location. I have had to contact the developer for specific use case modifications and the functionality was added to the app and live on our website within 24hrs.
