App is a must if you want to create a "only members shop". The custom Registration form is great if you need additional data from customers. Every option in the apps works perfectly On the Support.... nothing to improve!!!! Receive my email, made follow up and solve my problem, eventhough it was a personalization for Chile!! 100% Delighted

Simple build, provides a site-wide password with great registration controls and notifications. Had it up and running in 5 minutes. I highly recommend.

This app is an asset to our website. We use it in conjunction with a page lock app. Because of this app, we are easily able to deny access to a customer account where pricing would be available. Because we know who is signing up we are also able to tag the customers with any tags that are relevant to them. Our sales reps are able to answer a question and be tagged with access right away, which is great as they may wait until the last second to signup and need access to pricing ASAP. The only thing I would like to see implemented a bit more is to have more detailed conditional logic. Overall this is still a stellar app and I'm happy that we found it.
I appreciate the details here and I'm glad the app fits well with your shop. Conditional logic is a place where we could and want to build out more - allow for more customization. It's on our to-do list and I hope to release more here soon.
I have been using this app for quite a while now, and apparently, there is an issue now with my login page. I have sent the customer support already two emails on three different addresses. After more than a week still no reply. Customer support is really really bad!
I'm sorry you feel that way. From our support records, we have sent you over 10 emails in responses to your many emails you've sent us over the last few months including an email we responded with today. Many emails you've replied to. Indeed, we always reply to emails we receive - very usually within the same day. If we did not reply to your email, it likely means that it was not sent to the correct address ( [email protected] ). Our replies may have been spam filtered on your end. It could also have been spam filtered on ours though we often check for that.
Does everything we were looking for. We needed an app that would allow us to customize the account creation and approval experience. With Advanced Registration we can ask customers to upload tax certification files, and we have the control of approving or denying customer accounts. Thank you!
It works as developers say. It is easy to implement and solid. After few minutes of configuration the app starts working well.
This app gave us everything we needed to manage the registration form and approval process for our wholesale site, and also enables us to hide our wholesale pages unless a customer is approved and logged in. Installation was easy, support very accessible and the settings are pretty intuitive. All round a great app and you get a lot of functionality for the money!
This app replaced two separate apps to do the same thing (one for site lockdown and one for registering users). The app installed easily and setup was a breeze with included instructions. Contacted support for help prior to install and they were a big help!
This Advanced Registration app is easy to use. Helps streamline processes. Very customizable as well.
Use this app for our retail and or LEO customers. So far it has been working good, pretty straight forward app.
App works. Registration process works. ONLY THING THAT IS NOT WORKING: The exceptions of your imprint and privacy policy. As I need them to be accessable even without logging or registering, I tried to add the sites to the exceptions. But this didn't work for me at all.
Thanks for the honest review. We certainly saw your message and did reply. I'm not sure if it reached you, though. I'd investigated your issue and found that there seems to be another app or code modification that is preventing the view of the privacy policy on your shop. The issue does not seem to be originating within advanced registration but something else going on. Please look for our email for specifics and reply if you need further details.
A registration app with advanced features like no other in the app store today! Not only did the features of the application exceed our account registration needs, their customer service also is a league apart from some others in the app market. Complete Creation to Integration and testing took less than 20 minutes! Thoroughly impressed by Michael and his team at Taloncommerce.
I used the app to ask for ID and business license since we are a wholesale company. I was able to customize and put explanations for the different fields. This app saves me a great deal of time and headaches, as before I had to personally email customers asking for this info. Now they register and all the required docs are there. Great app!
Our store would not function without all the work they do to make sure everything run smoothly. It's easy to customize on my own so I can tweak every step of the customer experience.

A clever little app that does what is says in a very straightforward and logical way. Easy to use and customise. The best part of the app is Michael himself who replies quickly to queries and suggestions, implementing changes/fixes virtually instantly.
