Great integration to other tools like google sheets, as of right now very responsive support with custom report builds and agent Mark supporting me 1:1, which is awesome The bad: expensive, some reports are wrong out of the box and building reports is a tad unintuitive, very few saved reports even at the midpoint subscription price.
