You can do all sorts of complex operations such as JOIN, Group by and use operators. If you're looking to make any custom report this is the way to go. In addition to the incredible features, the customer service team is AAA rated. They respond back to all questions and concerns. I highly suggest getting into this app while it's still new. The price structure is inconsequential to amount of time these reports saved us!
