The team at Mipler is top notch. I do not know what your business needs are for integrating this Shopify application to your store, but the team has provided A+ support for achieving what I need. They respond quickly and are extremely helpful. The app itself is easy to use and has a wonderful UI.

We are new to Shopify and as their standard reporting wouldn't give us what we wanted, explored our options and found Mipler. As part of our trial, Yulia organised for a custom report to be made so we could test it out. Great, quick service and totally fit for purpose. Ongoing cost is high when we only need one custom report, but will be confident if we need more that we will get great service.

Though a bit costly, Mipler is extremely helpful, they respond quickly to request and were able to make the reports that we needed.

I've looked at a lot of apps for reporting and this one is by far the best. You can group filters, create custom columns and the support team is stellar! Definitely recommend.

They are able to pull and process data better than Shopify and have capabilities outside of Shopify's scope. 10/10 would recommend it!

I absolutely love this app, but the best part has definitely been the customer service. I was struggling to get a specific report to work and had almost given up hope. I even contacted a Shopify expert, and they quoted me a ridiculous price to do it. But then I reached out to Denis on the customer service team, who was a total pro. He was able to quickly and easily create the report using the app, and I'm so grateful for his help. If you're on the fence about this app, try it. The customer service alone is worth it.

Love these guys. Shopify doest have the option show reports by hour range. This app was recommended. They didn't have the option either but after a chat with Denis they added the opotion. Great customer service!

This app really solves a lot of problems and that too really fast...data exporting from Shopify takes ages, but through this app it happens in seconds...There are a huge number of variables to play with and I dont think there is any data that u wont get here...Awesome app

Very impressed, already has a lot of reports I need and will use and can imagine there will be so many more added over time. Support is really good as well. UI is very easy to navigate.
