We added this tool to our Shopify store because it was the most cost effective one we could find on the marketplace that suited our needs. What a WIN for it's functionality and support!!! It is so clean, fast and easy to use. We needed a specific report for UTM Parameter reporting and the fields we needed to report on weren't options in the dashboard. I contacted support expecting a bot or to have to email them a ticket...but I was answered immediately by the most helpful chap, Dirk. He had me hold on while he created the report and the fields I needed. Denis then followed up by email afterwards to make sure it suited our purpose....you don't get support like this often these days and I thought it deserved as shoutout! I am so impressed and grateful, the report will save me hours of manual tracking in Excel. Yay! and Thank you! :) Highly recommend!

I use this app to help me track sales, profit and inventory. It is amazing and the chat support is superb. It really has saved me a ton of time and given me more granular insights into my business. I highly recommend this app to everyone.

Most of what we do is usually manual but thanks to this app, we were able to automate most of the things we need from our store! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G customer service as well!!!! Thank you so much!!! I will definitely keep using this app!!

I asked for help creating a custom report (we are on the free plan). I needed a new field that was not in their DB yet. I was hoping they would add the field and give me the field name, but they actually built the new report for me. Can i give 6 stars! I will now upgrade to a paid plan to support this great customer service!

I needed an app that could generate spreadsheet to fit my specific template and feed data using filters that I set up. I found this enormously helpful app that not only provides the above but plenty of useful sales reports. When I had a question, the live chat support responded in seconds and fixed my issues within minutes. Impressive. Highly recommended.

I demoed this app to try and get better reports than the stock Shopify reports and really liked what I saw. There is a lot of functionality that will be very useful for anyone looking for an app to enhance their store's reporting capabilities. Support was great and quick to respond to a question I had on a particular report.

This app is extremely powerful. It allows us to automate many of the exports we had to manually do for our production process. Eliminating human error and giving our team real-time insights into order numbers as they come in has been amazing. The team is also incredibly helpful with any custom requests. Highly recommend it!

As a small producer of ceramic products, I was initially searching for an app to help me track my inventory so that I could see at a glance what I had in stock and what I needed to make. The inventory listing in the Shopify admin is very basic and does not give much information. I messed about with spreadsheets and trying to monitor products but it became a pain - I wanted a better method. So I started searching for an inventory app and what I found was this amazing reporting app that goes way beyond just a basic listing of products - it starts to reveal lots of really useful reports about sales and products sold and lots more details that I have not yet had a chance of exploring. So far I am really happy to have found an app that delivers results without any messing about on my part. So THANK YOU this is a real bonus for anyone looking to understand and manage their products and sales. 5 STARS . . . !!

Alot better than the standard information Shopify gives you. Needed to find out specific data for all sales within a particular region. Spoke with support, and had all the relevant data within minutes!

The Advanced Reports app is an absolute gamechanger! We were struggling with the basic reports for months, although we were using Advanced Shopify and therefore the reports are quite sophisticated. However, Advanced Reports provides insights, which are crucial to our business. On top of that, the support is simply great. Fast, reliable and very competent. A+
