Great support team! The application is easy to use and configure but if you have any advanced requirements like we did the support team is always there to help out. Very happy with the service and application and would recommend it to anyone needing to organise and process their store data.

This report had everything we needed for advanced reporting. If I couldn't figure it out, the support team made the reports I was needing!

We added this tool to our Shopify store because it was the most cost effective one we could find on the marketplace that suited our needs. What a WIN for it's functionality and support!!! It is so clean, fast and easy to use. We needed a specific report for UTM Parameter reporting and the fields we needed to report on weren't options in the dashboard. I contacted support expecting a bot or to have to email them a ticket...but I was answered immediately by the most helpful chap, Dirk. He had me hold on while he created the report and the fields I needed. Denis then followed up by email afterwards to make sure it suited our purpose....you don't get support like this often these days and I thought it deserved as shoutout! I am so impressed and grateful, the report will save me hours of manual tracking in Excel. Yay! and Thank you! :) Highly recommend!

I asked for help creating a custom report (we are on the free plan). I needed a new field that was not in their DB yet. I was hoping they would add the field and give me the field name, but they actually built the new report for me. Can i give 6 stars! I will now upgrade to a paid plan to support this great customer service!

Advanced Reports is an impressive in its flexibility and speed. There's a lot of potential in it and we're only using a fraction of what it can do. The team is very responsive and we appreciate their help getting started.

I needed an app that could generate spreadsheet to fit my specific template and feed data using filters that I set up. I found this enormously helpful app that not only provides the above but plenty of useful sales reports.
