Our former Admin, used the application to create custom reports emailed to him everyday. They were indeed very useful and we appreciated them.

filters are not working properly. I contacted the support and not yet anything from them.I am looking for something that can show me the list of orders and items every day based on whether or not they are fulfilled to act as a kind of pick list.
Sorry for this inconvenience. Our office was closed for the weekend but we`d try to do all our best to build the required reports for our customers as soon as possible. Currently, the required report has been kindly created for you in your store. The filters were be applied correctly and we don't see any issues there. If you found something wrong - just contact us via [email protected], provide a description of the issue and it will be fixed immediately. Thanks!

The app offers a great variety of reports. But even if you don't find the exact report you need, the support team will try and help you and create a custom report exactly to your needs. Great service!

When we made the switch to Shopify, our marketing team was thrilled because of all the tracking and data they could mine. In operations, though, we struggled with getting the information we needed to fulfill orders and manage inventory...until we found Advanced Reports. It gives us all the information we need to know what we've sold, to track costs and profit, etc... When I can't figure out how to set up a report myself, they are quick to walk me through it or even just go ahead and set it up. FIVE STARS.

I cannot rate the level of support I have had from these guys highly enough. I sent them a message asking them if it was possible to do something with their app and their developers just connected into my account and created a custom report to do exactly what I needed. You can't get better than that. Thank you very much!

nice product. I need sales per product. It provides me simple and clear report. It is inexpensive. I am small business I can do it for free to start up. This is all I need

Awesome data to work reports from as the Shopify reports aren't nearly as accurate and real-time as Advanced Reports.

This app is amazing, but it was the customer service that blew me away! I needed some specific items for my sales tax report and I mentioned it in a replay to a welcome email from them. They had it customized and back to me fast! I was amazed and am so pleased. My life is going to be SO much easier when it comes to my monthly sales tax reports. And it didn't cost me an arm and a leg (which is one of the reasons I tried them to begin with.) Thank you Advanced Reports!

My first impression of this app was to be extremely pleased to have found a solution to get all of the details I need to properly understand my business data in Shopify... until I noticed the reporting was way off from what my regular Shopify reports shows. I first noticed this problem in some of the more detailed reports, but then noted that even the basic sales figures for my day, week and month were off. That's no good!

This was an amazing app! I tried it out for some custom inventory and delivery reports and I must say it did the job. The customer service is really good as well. Only thing I would suggest is a feature that allows users to change the formulas of certain lines.

I needed this app to report sales by variant. I sent in a request and had a custom report a few days later. Great support on this app.
