Mark has been terrific in helping me tailor a specific report that allows allocation of orders to Sales Representatives based on the customer and then calculation of their commissions. The same report can then be used to assist coding of payments into Xero, which requires different handling for each Sale based on Shopify payment gateway and the associated fees. All up huge time saver to have all the relevant information in one place! Rob.

Very well built, simple to use and with plenty of features to create all the reports we need. We use it mainly to track sales across our sales team/independent reps. The support team was quick to answer our questions and helped us customize the reports as well. Highly recommend!

Solid Support and Functionality. The AI assistant is enough for most cases and support is always ready to help. The only limitation is on Shopify's end with regards to certain information.

Mipler is fantastic! The app is super clean and user-friendly and the stats update in real time. Plus, it's nice to have the option to shoot your reports into a standalone browser. The support team is super quick to respond. Glad we found this reports app because it helps us manage on inventory on hand and also our backorders with what items we're expecting to get in, in the future.
