Dan and his team are AMAZING! They are always so quick to respond and have come up with some really unique and creative solutions to any kind of crazy promotions we want to try. Advanced Shipping Manager is a great, GREAT APP! It provides me with tremendous flexibility in the choices I can give my customers and that results in happy, satisfied customers who get my products in their hands quicker and at what they know is a fair cost. The greatest strength to this app is without a doubt, the CUSTOMER SERVICE. ASM's developers are incredibly responsive and were able to help one of my newer people (who was just a novice with Shopify and API's) understand the API environment because they spent time working patiently with them. I would recommend ASM to anyone who wants to create a customized, user friendly shipping experience as part of their overall customer environment. This app is very usable and this team has the BEST customer support because the people who created the app are the same ones helping you problem solve. There has not been a single issue that they have not been able to resolve for us. I highly recommend using them for your shipping needs!

PRO's 1) Great communications buy their team and worked with me to get the issues resolved. 2) very cheap. Their plan may seem like a lot of money, BUT while others are charging less than half that, they DON'T tell you that they ALSO charge per calculation which can quickly add up to in my case $9000 per month. 3) Options. They provide multiple options for how to calculate the rates so that you aren't stuck with 1 way of working and have to figure out how that can work for you. 4) Work with LTL rates as well. while they don't work with my broker, they work with other brokers to get you live rates for LTL's as well. CON's When the rates started to timeout, it took a few days to figure out what the issue was and get it fixed, but they where straightforward and had great communication through the whole process. The only reason I am really mentioning this as a con is that I lost 10's of thousands of dollars in potential revenue in those few days. Conclusion. If you want to give your customers the most accurate shipping rates without worrying about cost and have a great team to work with, then you should use ASM.

This is not just an app, it's access to brilliant developers who can customize just about anything you want regarding shipping - and with a friendly and fast response! We had some seriously complicated situations to iron out, which were impossible to find solutions to elsewhere - and they didn't wince even once. It can be hard to know if everything is working until you have live orders, so we had to keep an email thread open with them to update or fix scenarios .... luckily these guys are always happy to help and will not lead you astray. Burt is the BEST!

A great app with tons of functionality and flexibility. We haven't exhausted its potential yet but have used it to customize shipping options for certain products and limit international shipping to countries where we cannot ship our products. Customer service is extremely prompt and helpful!

The support is what sets this app apart. Their team always comes through with suggestions and solutions to help us. Initially we waited on getting it because we thought it was a little pricey, but the support is fantastic and it has saved us a lot of money and countless hours we would have spent trying to fix shipping problems. We have over 30 apps and ASM has been instrumental for tweaking both domestic and international shipments. ASM gives us complete control of our shipping methods, product restrictions and pricing. This app did exactly what I was looking for and solved my shipping issues in every way. It is highly customizable and offer an easy to use interface while still giving you total control over every aspect of your shipping needs. The level of service offered and support is second to none and I highly recommend this product and stand behind the developers.

Advanced Shipping Manager has been a wonderful tool! Are you looking for tons of advertisement, flashy website, thousands of promises? Pass your way because with ASM you won't get any of these, you only get an app that always work properly. Install it, customize it and forget it forever! Despite the weird branding (KingWebmaster) these guys are knowledgeable and ready to help by either fixing problems on their app faster than anything we have seen in the past 7 years or to customize it for your specific needs for a reasonable price. Do not hesitate to try it, I do recommand it and we are using it since exactly one year now so we know what we are talking about! Nice job!

My business wouldn't be ale to function without ASM! Literally the best shipping app there is out there. Trust me I've tried them all. Not only that, but their customer service is second to none. If you have a store that has any sort of shipping rules, ASM is a must.
