I have been working with Kingwebmaster for about 10 years. They are a reliable & trustworthy vendor. Their ASM app is the best there is, as one of their oldest customers I can say they are one of the good ones out there. Advanced Shipping Manager has been a huge part of our business over the years allowing us to be more flexible with our shipping rules. This is a great app from a great company!

Advanced Shipping Manager is a must have app. It's easy to use and is very powerful. We can't live without it. We had it on our Yahoo stores, then when we migrated, on our Shopify stores. We were thrilled it was available on Shopify. We have worked with King Webmaster for a very long time, over a decade. We can't say enough about Dan and the team. They are top notch. Advanced Shipping Manager was exactly what our business needed! We had to limit certain products to certain locations and ensure air shipping was only offered for particular products. This app was easy to use and understand. Support was extremely quick and helpful. Couldn't be more pleased with this app.

Really great app when you need to control shipping at the individual SKU level. Perfect for stores that have partial drop ship inventory and on hand inventory that ships out with different delivery durations. Burt is great to work with and knows shipping and this app.

The customer service received was excellent. We had quite a complicated shipping scenario and they really took the time to work it out for us instead of just saying "it's not possible." Working seamlessly with our store checkout and 3rd party shipment processing platform. Definitely recommend it!

This is an extremely useful app that is supported by truly great customer service. This system is quite intricate, enabling it to adapt to pretty much any scenario you may encounter. This app allowed us to provide much more accurate real-time courier rates than what we were able to obtain with the Shopify Plus courier rates, as well as implementing shipping markups based on item, order, and shipping destination. Would highly recommend to any Shopify merchant who needs real-time shipping rates and the ability to customize shipping options.

I really recommend everyone to try this app out. It really makes the impossible Possible. I ship from two different origins using so many different shipping scenarios (basic , real time calculation, flat rate table) as both free and expedited shipments. these are really complex scenarios especially when a customer orders two different items from two different origins while one is shipped using real time calculation and the other is based on a flat rate table. Burt from support department did a great job to get around with these scenarios and making all shipping options and methods possible in the ASM server.

Incredible customer service! We couldn't be happier with the ASM app and team. They truly offer the best customer service of any app we use for our store. They actually answer the phone (a novelty these days) and spend as much time as it takes to setup your shipping rules appropriately. We highly recommend it!

Best shipping app for Shopify. We have a complex shipping arrangement with different products using shipping methods and the customer service was able to help us quickly and easily get this set up for us. Quick responses and great overall helpfulness. Totally worth every penny.

Advanced Shipping Manager has been able to accomplish all of the complicated shipping scenarios that we have thrown at them. It is by far the best application for being able to create ship settings by individual product. We have a complicated product line and endless shipping scenarios. Customer service has been fabulous. Due to the variety of our products' sizes. We thought that we would never find any shipping app that understands our system and enables us to do what we want to do. Then here came this app, i think this is the only app currently available that can solve any of your shipping problems. The technical support people are very responsive, and they will find any possible way to help you with your needs. In specific, the man who had helped me with my problem his name was Dan. I highly recommend this app. At least give it a try.

This is a helpful, well-designed, well-thought-out app that has allowed us to offer better and more customizable shipping rates for our customers. It takes some time to get everything set up correctly, but the customer support is helpful in this process, and after taking the time to get everything in order we have found that it works beautifully. In particular, being able to mark specific products as eligible or not eligible for certain shipping methods has enabled us to offer Media Mail as an economy shipping rate on products that meet USPS guidelines and to offer USPS Flat Rate shipping boxes on some of our most popular packages that fit in them. Our customers really appreciate these shipping options. We have been using ASM since December and continue to be very satisfied with it!

Customer service is great - anytime we have issues, Burt and team are available to help us resolve. I will update review once we resolve current issue (that has nothing to do with this app, more so FedEX's inability to adjust to decimals in shipments)

Burt is awesome!!! I needed something simple and easy to use for some pretty advanced shipping methods. They helped get me going and implemented. Customer service is top notch! Highly recommend using them for your Shopify shipping methods.

There is simply no other app that can do what this can. The team at ASM are very accommodating on helping you configure anything you need. If you need anything modified or customized, their dev team works with you tirelessly until you are satisfied. Dan and his team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

Review updated for good support. Wish they would work on UI/UX. Powerful, but could be a lot more user friendly. And prettier.

First off, I will say that the customer support we've received from this app is unparalleled. We had been researching a more custom shipping app for a while now and Burt walked us through the pre-purchase consultation, post-purchase implementation, and fine-tuning of our shipping system. Our company does not use or need the real-time rates feature, so I'm unable to review that part, but we were able to accomplish 98% of our ideal shipping calculation system using this app. As a home retailer we have a very unique shipping model, in that we wanted our accessory items to calculate shipment by weight but our furniture items to calculate shipment by order value and destination region while not charging shipping for accessories if a furniture item was in the cart. It's a lot of "if", "and" and "but" conditionals that we were able to make happen thanks to this app.
