We have a very unique business in that we sell large volumetric items as well as live goods. Burt was able to solve all our problems. We have 3 different shipping origins and depending on what the customer orders it can consist of dry goods from one origin, live goods from another that requires overnight, and other dry goods from another origin. I highly recommend Advanced Shipping Manager for those who have more than 1 origin, or just have tricky shipping. The customer service is above and beyond our expectations. We had a sale over the weekend and our shipping methods were not setup properly. Wrote a quick email and they were able to fix the problem! A+!!!

Awesome Product! This does EXACTLY what we were looking for. I wish I discovered it a LONG time ago. Not only does the product handle the different issues we have with weight and shipping and box quantities, the SUPPORT IS SUPERIOR to anything else I've used in the past. This is a MUST HAVE app if you want to get your shipping dialed in. I am very pleased and its completely worth the monthly cost.

I have been an Advanced Shipping Manager customer for years with my previous Yahoo store and now with my Shopify store. I will admit that it was more user friendly with my Yahoo store, everything was automated and I really didn't have to do anything once everything was initially set up. It's much more cumbersome to use with Shopify as I have to complete a couple of steps each time I add a new product but it's still an awesome program. I would recommend it to anyone but especially anyone who needs to set up more than one method of shipping. It's extremely customized to work with as many different shipping methods one might need and Burt is awesome. He knows his stuff and can always help me out. I would love to see FREE weekend support. That would be great.

So we probably have one of the more complicated shipping problems. Thirty unique warehouses in Canada and the US. People buying items from the two countries. All we can say is that Burt needs a statue in his town in Florida. This man is amazing and beyond patient. I think most of the reviews talk about Burt but until you spend the time on the phone with like we did, you have no idea how amazing he is. Thanks for everything Burt! Mike & Patrick

If you Drop ship or Ship LTL you need this app on your site. If you don't get a handle on your shipping, you will die a slow painful death. Advanced Shipping Manager will eliminate that scenario. This app is not the cheapest, but it is the best. After trying the cheaper options this app is free. Customer service is top-notch and the app is really easy to use. Easy to set up shipping options for each product, one issue I had with Shopify was setting up free shipping on some products, ASM takes care of that. I highly Recommend this app. Hats off to Burt and the Crew, Thank you for all the help.

This is the shipping app that we have been in need of! We have an online shop with about 600 SKUs and quickly realized that shipping, and charging for shipping, can be very complex. This app allows us to configure shipping rates per piece, so that we can charge appropriately. Also, the customer service has been outstanding.

Impressed with the overall capabilities of ASM. Once configured we didn't have to worry about performance as everything runs pretty smooth.

Advanced Shipping Manager really saved us a lot of time and $$ to implement the different shipping rates for each of our drop-shippers. It's definitely money well spent! But the best part of is the AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE - set-up SUPPORT - RAPID RESPONSE to critical issues - and all around general HAND-HOLDING we needed to get our shipping to work without losing money on sales. Dan and Burt really know how to help a small business become successful!

These guys have been great, and we're excited to have this new functionality going into the holidays. They've been super responsive and helpful in getting everything set up. For us, this allows us to have real time DHL rates, estimated arrival dates, and enables a ton of custom functions for particular brands and products that need it. It's something we'll soon question how we ever lived without it.

After searching for quite a while and trying other shipping apps, I couldn't find any that would solve the complex shipping issues I was having with my Shopify store. ASM dealt with all these issues and more & Burt has been extremely helpful with his advice. The only issue I have had is that the weights & preset shipping fees are based around those found in the US (I'm in Australia) so a little bit tricky trying to convert those, but otherwise a fantastic service.

Definitely an awesome service. We've been having an issue integrating UPS for over a month now before getting ASM. The issue was with Shopify's default UPS Carrier Calculated Rates plugin, it wasn't recognising our shipping from address in the Dominican Republic. The ASM team got to work immediately and in the span of a week we has resolved our issue with UPS and also integrating FedEx. I highly recommend this plugin for anyone, not just for it's great functionality but for the dedicated level of support from King Web Master. They really extend the arm in helping you solve issues regarding shipping :)

I admit to being intimidated by the pricing as a small business, and I think that is important to talk about here. But it has turned out to be MORE than worth it. The team is great and very helpful, and the program itself works wonders and is actually SAVING us money! It's wonderful, thank you King Webmaster for all the hard work.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We had a challenging time trying to implement our negotiated rates with Australia Post and ASM was with us every step of the way trying to work it out and get the Australia Post API setup and integrated ASAP (the problem was 100% with Australia Post and their technology). We finally got our somewhat detailed shipping rules implemented and it was an instant relief that we had finally found an app capable to achieving what we were hoping for when it came to shipping charges and having them linked to non-bulky and bulky products which were then charged based on weight and destination. Once shown how, the system is easy to use and top level support is only an email away if ever needed. This was been our best experience to date with any app developer and I cannot recommend this powerful tool more highly. Very, very impressed.

We have a complex multi-vendor drop ship model for our store. Advanced Shipping Manager was recommended to us by our Shopify account manager and was really the solution we needed to solve our drop ship challenges. The system is easy to use and training was exceptional. Very friendly service and willing to help with our questions. If you are going to be using drop shippers from different zip codes from across the US, this app is a must for your shipping needs.

The entire team at Advanced Shipping Manager has been helpful and proactive. I purchased the app over a holiday weekend. I was prepared to wait a few days, but they installed it without hesitation. We have pretty complicated shipping rules, and this is the first app that I've seen that can manage them. We're still setting things up, but am looking forward to finally resolving our shipping issues with their help.
