They have the absolute best support team! They are incredibly kind and truly care about their users. They even check up on us just to see if we're happy with the app and its recent updates. They take into consideration personal requests. It’s truly great to see there are apps like this, but still great.
We were struggling with finding a way to upload product images with annotations in different languages and this app solved that easily. Just need to upload a translated version and that new version is the one appearing to people using the website in that specific language. So now people using our website in French see images with annotations in French and so on. The team is also very responsive and helpful! Highly recommended.
