Great app with flexible shipping setup and reliable support We’ve been using Advanced Shipping Calculator to manage our store’s shipping rates, and it’s been fantastic so far. The app is easy to set up, and it allows us to configure custom rates by country, postcode, and product type, which gives us the flexibility we needed. Customer support has also been very responsive and helpful, providing quick solutions whenever we needed assistance. This originally worked well, but suddenly stopped calculating and allowed orders to be submitted with low shipping calculations. Now it has happened again. The last time the owners didn't even refund their monthly fee to me even after I asked and lost a lot of $$ in shipping costs. Now it has happended a second time and I'm fed up. Don't bother wasting your time with this app. HORRIBLE!!!
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you faced. After a detailed investigation, we found that the issue occurred due to changes in your store’s shipping settings, which temporarily disrupted the app’s calculations. Our app itself has been functioning correctly.

This app has worked very well for making delivery rates by city/town. Once we narrowed down what states in the USA we delivered to (a premium feature) the list was accurately populated. One problem that is currently still persisting. When a town has two words in the name the app can't seem to recognize it and no rate is calculated at checkout on Shopify. Hopefully we get an answer to this issue quickly!
