Lebesgue has streamlined all my marketing data and metrics into one location, making it incredibly convenient to gain insights into our business. One of the standout features we've been using is the competitor insights section. Being able to see how we stack up against our competitors in real-time has been extremely helpful and has allowed us to pivot and change strategy in real time. I was equally impressed with the personalized audit they offered for my advertising accounts, as it wasn't something that was advertised. The recommendations they offered were tailored specifically to our business needs and have already helped us strategize for next year. They do put an emphasis on customer LTV, which is not necessarily relevant for our business given the higher than average LTV window for our customer base, so keep that in mind when deciding if the app is for you. In theory, their profit calculations have the potential to be a game changer, but we found them to be inconsistent at best due to other expenses not being factored in. I could see smaller businesses/less complex stores making a case for this and benefiting from it. Overall it's been really easy to use and their team has been very helpful ensuring we also benefit from using their app.

It seems like it could be a helpful app and I had big hopes for it, but the big down fall is that revenue is not accurately reporting in this app. That includes taking into consideration that they include tax, shipping, etc in the revenue number. When compared to the data in shopify it did not line up. It ws also not accurately reporting margin either. I sent a message to support but did not hear back. Likely because its the middle of the night in Croatia. None the less. I uninstalled it the same day as I really haven no use for an inaccurate reporting tool.

We've been using Lebesgue for about 2 months now and the app and data is invaluable. More impressive is the support by Toni and the Lebesgue team. They are genuinely interested in the success of your brand and will go out of their way to help. Cannot recommend Lebesgue more!
