The app is great, the support team is awesome! We needed to set up enhanced conversions in the google ads account, and did not know how to set it up. The support team did it for us in around 10 minutes. So fast and super professional! We can recommend this company and app to anyone!

To anyone running post-purchase upsell apps and want to track your post-purchases properly, use Nabu. They send all post-purchase data under one transaction id to google, counting all values under one conversion value. You are my saving grace. I have spent at least 4 hours trying to get this set up properly. Shopify tech support, as well as 2 other apps could not help get things in order and tracking correctly. You solved the problem and patiently ensured everything was set-up properly. Shopify....this could have been easier if you would have just let me install one piece of lousy code.

The Support from AdNabu is great! I had a problem with my Google conversion tracking, and the support handled it, he even set up the Enhanced Conversions settings in my Google Ads Account. Bien que mon anglais soit très moyen, je n'ai eu aucune difficulté à installer et à utiliser l'application. Toute les étapes nécessaires pour installer un pixel google sont traduites en français et sont simples à comprendre. Le support client et réactif et efficace (même si la communication se fait en anglais), je recommande vivement !

So far, the app has been excellent. The customer support is outstanding with Ashwitha checking everything was set up correctly. Then going above and beyond in giving some Google Ads setup advice. Really impressed.

Good experience! My pixel didn‘t track any data first so I contacted support via live chat. Neha from support team was very kind and helpful. She helped me to set up everything correctly with Google Ads etc. and now it seems to work fine :) thanks!
