The support is among the best out there. However, the app had an issue that lasted about a week where every site visit was incorrectly counted as a conversion. As a result, Google interpreted this as a large number of conversions happening, which caused a significant amount of ad spend on traffic that didn’t actually convert. During that period, our ad spend doubled while our actual conversions dropped by around 60%. This also disrupted our campaign algorithm, and we lost many sales while the algorithm had to relearn and recalibrate after the incorrect conversion tracking. Unfortunately, the only response we received from the support team was simply “we’re sorry.”

Incroyable, résultats immédiats ! J'ai découvert Nabu pour Google Ads récemment, et franchement, c'est la meilleure application Shopify pour booster mes campagnes publicitaires ! Shagufta was very helpful and walked me through every step and was patient with me. Shagufta was able to send me photos, clear explanations, and articles to help me with my problem.
