For a lean operation, I think it is really great to have the customer service aspect taken care of with automation. One thing I really like about using aerochat is that I can customize my own workflows on top of it using its new Skills capability, and also just let Claude build it for me by connecting to its MCP. pretty interesting and flexi - xploring more of what i can do with the workflows.
We are new to Shopify, so really appreciate their support team helping us get everything set up properly and smoothly. This will be quite helpful in answering questions consistently without us having to step in, esp given that we are a lean team. Also like that it can connect well with WhatsApp and IG, which are where most of our customers are interacting with us from.
Quite straightforward to setup. Easily done in 5 mins or so. The support was also responsive and helpful in helping me get some settings working properly. Love the fact that it can recommend the right watch to my customer based on their preferences. Very useful for a solopreneur like me to handle customer service and support without worry.

We have been using AeroChat for quite a while now and it has been very helpful in managing our customer service and support, especially when I am out servicing customers and cannot respond to enquiries in real time. Almost all our customers get in touch with us via WhatsApp, so AeroChat has been a great fit for us. With the WhatsApp marketing and broadcast feature rolling out in their latest update, we are quite excited because we can now do more proactive marketing and engage with our customers more effectively. I also appreciate that the team is pretty responsive whenever we encounter problems and need help sorting things out.
