easy to navigate thanks to the amazing team suopport
I appreciate the simplicity of the setup and management. Nihasini was excellent, assisting me with some additional configuration on my site. Thank you for the excellent support.
My overall experience with the app is amazing. The support members are really supportive especially Nihasini. Recommended!!!
After a while, my links didn't work and no one was available to help me
Hi Apologies for the inconvenience; time-zone differences slowed our first reply. Referral links always route to your store, and if the program is set to “one discount per shopper,” a code that’s already been used (even in testing) won’t trigger again. While testing, a retry in an incognito window will help. We’d love to make this right—if you’re open to giving us another try, we can hop on a quick Zoom, handle the full setup for you, and get your program running smoothly. Just let us know, and we’ll send over a scheduling link that fits your calendar.
