I think it's a great app, i actually use both Referrly and Shopify Collabs (For two different reasons) and i much prefer Referrly. Great customer care when customizations are needed, No code leaks (like the other guys). Love the Manual payment option so we can pay on a schedule instead of many transactions.

It’s been a while since I installed the app, but I’ve only recently become experienced enough as an online seller to start using it. I had a few questions for the support team, and they answered them incredibly fast—within just a few minutes. Great job, team!

Strong, reliable affiliate-tracking app — user-friendly and great support I’ve been testing this app with a few of my affiliates for a while now — and I’m happy to say it’s really impressed us so far. It’s an excellent, easy way to keep track of orders brought in by my affiliates, monitor their commission, and make payouts reliably. Customer service is outstanding. Can't wait to add more affiliates.

Sam is awesome from Referrly. So reactive to my questions with troubleshooting. Affiliate Marketing is completely new to me and with ReferrLy, it is a straightforward process with a nice simple dashboard and navigation. Also the support I believe is what gives this the USP. I love this app! It has everything the really expensive ones has and then some. Easy, simple, lightweight. Now helping our business scale beyond paid traffic - which is getting more difficult and more expensive. Best part is Sam built this thing, loves it and take great care of his customers. It's like Judgeme was when we started using it 10 years ago. This is the one.

I think what the app has to offer is great. The free version is great and the paid versions if you choose to upgrade are competitive. It's not pricey like the other apps. It's easy to navigate and any issues the team is there and ready to help. I would highly recommend this app to others.

not clear interface for customers for one week no one signed in, even I met a problems with signing in

I had also reached out when you first installed the app offering assistance, but I didn’t hear back. Could you please share what issue you faced with the signup? The app’s signup flow is designed to be frictionless — there’s a single sign-in button for affiliates. Whether affiliates actually sign up depends largely on your store’s traffic and how you promote your program, not on the app’s signup process itself.
