This is my first time using an affiliate app and wanted something easy to understand and chose this one going by the 5 star reviews. Well I’m joining everyone else to say that it’s an awesome app. Does everything I want plus more and very easy to understand and navigate. The support is also above and beyond, super quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks so much
So far so good. Easy setup, straight to the point. Lots of flexibility. Support is very helpful and communicates fast.
Still learning the ins and outs of this program but it's perfect for what we need!

This was easy to install but zero options to modify any settings. The app did work on tracking affiliate sales, which is more than I can say for some other affiliate marketing apps in the Shopify app store. Not responsive to questions and we uninstalled it as if gave affiliates commission on the product, shipping, and taxes paid by customers and there was not way to uninstall it.

However, I would like to mention that the points that you mentioned were not true. 1) Commission is given on the Product price and not on the total revenue. The commission is on the Order total and not on the revenue 2) Setting not customizable and none-responsiveness We did reply to your email which we received on support chat. But it got bounced with the message "Address not found". Apart from email support, we are also available on chat support, its in the bottom right corner of the screen. I believe it was just a misunderstanding about the app functionality, and we have clarified your question on the commission calculation part.
