We use Affiniv to send post-purchase NPS surveys via WhatsApp and Email. We love the tool for its ease of usage - no unnecessary complex features. The analytics dashboard and integrations are amazing! It is also very affordable.

Affiniv helps us listen to the feedback of our customers in a very easy way. We created survey on Affiniv. Then the survey goes over Email and Whatsapp automatically weeks after the customer place their order. The dashboard is very intuitive for us to analyze the result. A good app overall.
