the Aftercare post purchase survey is awesome for customer research and marketing attribution! The team is very responsive and build new features super quickly. The platform is also easy to use. I'd definitely recommend for any brand looking to level up their analytics and zero party data collection!

I absolutely recommend this app to other ecom brand owners. We're building our brand from scratch and it's extremely important to gather as much data as possible to really pinpoint why someone is purchasing our product. I love the fact that it's right after checkout, most people are in a good mood so they don't really mind taking 2 minutes to answer the survey vs when we send it to their inbox 2-3 weeks later, they might forget to answer. We've been getting really good response rates and valuable data. The support team at Aftercare is amazing and quick to help and update me with new features. I love the app and recommend it to anyone who takes ecommerce seriously
