AfterCart Post Purchase Survey is a Shopify App that allows ecommerce merchants to create targeted post-purchase surveys for thank you and order status pages. Merchants can build surveys from templates, add multiple question types, choose placements, target eligible orders, and preview before publishing. The app also provides features to review individual responses and survey analytics, export data, and connect with Metaobjects, signed webhooks, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics 4. Additionally, merchants can localize customer copy with their shop's published languages and control sampling, retakes, schedules, and retention.
