Very Ashley review for Afterpay On‑Site Messaging

I wish I could give Afterpay a good review. I mean, it works...when it works. But trying to reach someone at Afterpay when it doesn't work is a nightmare! No email responses. Just automated messages or blanketed responses from what appears to be a temporary intern. No real help at all. At this point, I'm looking for other options. This review is my last stitch effort to get someone's attention and a REAL response and solution to my problems!
