Horrible Customer Service, No Response! Absolutely terrible experience with Afterpay. I’ve been trying to contact them for hours with no response whatsoever. I sent an email over many hours ago, and still nothing—no reply, no support, nothing. Their customer service is nonexistent. A company this big should have basic communication, but this is a complete failure. If you ever need help, good luck getting a response! Utter disappointment.
