Order Up
Order Up is an app designed to help ecommerce merchants increase their average order value and reduce support workload by offering upsell, cross-sell, and order editing functionalities. It allows merchants to display upsell and cross-sell offers before and after checkout to encourage additional sales. Customers also have the flexibility to edit their orders post-purchase for a predetermined time set by the merchant, aiming to prevent cancellations, exchanges, and returns while streamlining post-purchase tasks.
