AgeCheck 18+: Age verification
The reviews for this Shopify App are overwhelmingly positive, with users praising its ease of use, customization options, and ability to help with age verification and compliance. Customers appreciate the simplicity of adding an age confirmation checkbox near purchase buttons and the ability to create custom age gates without any coding. The app's support for multiple languages and country-specific age verification are highlighted as valuable features for international stores. However, there is one negative review mentioning a sudden change in the free version policy, leading to a loss of privileges and dissatisfaction with the business practices.

We like the option to add an age confirmation checkbox near the purchase buttons. It makes the verification process simple for customers.
Very easy to use and customize. We were able to add an 18+ age gate without any coding.
Excellent app for stores with age-restricted products. Setup was quick, and the customizables popup fits perfectly with our store design.
Been using this app's free version with no issues for months. All of a sudden with no warning they revoked the free version from me, causing us to lose our SMS marketing privileges, and now trying to charge me. We are good with shady business practices.
