Une application vraiment top ! Très intuitive, fluide et agréable à utiliser. La prise en main est rapide et tout est pensé pour simplifier l’expérience, aussi bien pour nous que pour nos clients. Au-delà de son côté pratique, c’est surtout une vraie plus-value en matière de conversion. Le parcours est fluide, ce qui facilite clairement le passage à l’achat et améliore l’expérience client. Ce que j'aime aussi beaucoup c'est qu'en suivant les conversations ont comprends davantage les besoins clients afin de répondre plus rapidement à ses objections Je recommande sans hésiter !
