It works exceptionally well with more general images, but with our very specific-looking products, the AI requires some manual work to correct and fine-tune the descriptions. It's a great time-saver overall, but be prepared to do some auditing if your inventory is highly niche.

I really liked that you can use the free tier and initial free credits to test out the app and make sure it works as expected. We did generations for our entire store (~7K images) and had good results. We ran into an issue with auto-generations for non-product images using all our remaining credits but the support team was quick to reply and we came to a reasonable solution for partial reimbursement of the credits used. Will continue to use it moving forward for new products but have turned off the auto-generation feature to prevent any unwanted credit usage.

I am really suprised how good alt text generator is. Is not perfect and I only needed correct few words on some products but 95% is just got so accurate, it so easier and saved me so much time!

I compared several apps with similar features. Everything worked well as expected. Support was great. After some customization that I was happy with, the app processed over 11,000 images throughout the day. I trialled 3 other apps, and this one seemed to be the best fit for me for customization and automation.
