Just downloaded the app it was a breeze. Very easy to set up. I followed the set up guide to calibrate my settings & ran a few tests - all the alt text generated was great. Reached out to customer service with a couple questions via the chat and they got back to me quickly. Very helpful. I appreciate that they have an option to pay for just a one time bulk job instead of being tied into a plan. I may end up signing up for a plan to put alt text on auto-pilot from here moving forward, but since I had over 10,000 images that needed alt text added this app was a lifesaver.

We’ve tested a few AI alt text apps for Shopify, and this one has been the best balance of quality, speed, and ease of use so far. This app does a great job generating descriptive Alt text using the product name and description already provided. Alt text is far more descriptive and conversational compared to the default AI alt text provided in Shopify that needs to be manually applied. I was able to set up the application and apply new Alt Text to images within minutes of download. The dashboard provides more details and highlights actions that are needed on my store compared to other Alt text applications that I've tried.

Quite easy I was pretty surprised how well the AI worked. It did take some prompting to get it correct but the workflow was relatively easy. Support is great too!

Set up was straightforward and well-guided. The onboarding flow asks the right questions — business type, SEO goals, brand keywords — and the Live Preview feature is genuinely useful for checking output quality before committing credits. The generated alt text for our jewellery products was accurate, descriptive and included material details (14K gold plated, product name, styling context) which is exactly what we needed. The only limitation on the free plan is that custom prompt instructions require an upgrade, but the keyword injection via brand/SEO context fields works well as a workaround. Good app for any store with a backlog of missing alt text.

App showed one of my images with alt text it added, was bang on. I think this will be a good option for me.

Ich finde die App sehr gut und es generiert wirklich qualitativ sehr gute ALT-Textevon Bildern. Daher bin ich sehr zufrieden mit der App. Einziges Makel der App ist die Ordnung und Filtermöglichkeit der Produkte und Bilder. Es zeigt in der Übersich alle eingefügten Produktbilder an anstatt zuerst die Produkte und dann unter dem gesuchten Produkt alle Bilder. Und bei der Filtermöglichkeit fehlt Produkte
