vierd accounting, i have total 2000 images paid them several times and each time the available credit becomes 0. Why can not the developer have a clean accounting

Unfortunately, we had a small bug that erased the credits after 30 days, we quickly restored your credits and gave you an additional 1,000 credits as a token of our apology. This app was very easy to install on my shopify store. Their support was super fast and they answered all my questions quickly. I have about 100 products and this app worked well. I would recommend.

We used the alt image generator for several transactions and encountered a major issue. There was no option to add more credits, which meant we had to rebuy the monthly plans each time we exhausted our credits. This seemed like a way for the company to make more money than necessary. Despite our multiple purchases, we were eventually banned, which feels unjust given the revenue we were generating for them. The service needs to reconsider its credit system and user policies.

Works really well. The alt text is very accurate. This will help with accessibility and improve SEO in long run.

We have an extensive image catalog, and the idea of writing all of the alt text seemed unbearable. We tested several other AI alt text generators and none came close to the power of this app! We are blown away with the knowledge it has to read the images and provide an accurate, detailed alt text for each image. 10/10 recommend

Considering other apps simply add alt text that doesn't really mean anything, such as only including the product title, this app impressed me as the text generated really described the content of the images, and did it accurately. For anyone looking to add alt text in bulk, this app is definitely worth trying.

It just works really well. Allowing you to select all imaged or just the ones that don't have the Alt text at all. Easy use.

The app is promising. I had a small issue installing on my Shopify store but it was quickly resolved. You go through credits rapidly depending on how many images you have in your store. So far it's a winner. I'll come back again once I get a true pulse on SEO numbers.

The AI Alt Text Generator does an excellent job overall. It generates relevant and detailed alt text for most images. Occasionally, it misses the mark with very complex images, but those instances are rare. The convenience and efficiency it provides far outweigh the minor issues.
