Been using the app for a few months now. It generally seems to work pretty well. We've found a few instances where it gets the product incorrect, but in general, if it can get it right 95% of the time then it's already saving us a lot of work. Most important is it doesn't just create the alt text from the image, it also tries incorporate the brand and product name. The only thing I wish they could improve is a way to review all of the changes it's made - either as a preview before applying, or a post-run report with the option to roll back incorrect products. Right now, you kind of have to just trust it's done a good job.
