Top App pay as you go. Been using it for a long and constant time. Staff is very helpfull in case of need. I recommend it for having good product images
Horrendous app, it is constantly not working. It keeps stating PENDING on the photos you are working on and it never does anything else. The other 7 5* reviews have clearly been written by the app company. They have supposedly fix it twice and still no difference. Dont go near this app it is terrible and Shopify should get rid of it.
Hello Nicky, The “Pending” status simply shows that the image has not yet been processed. It will not change automatically. You need to bulk-select the images and run the “Remove BG & Push” process. Once the images are processed, the status on the image listing page will be updated. I have already sent you multiple guides by email, including a video showing the complete process. However, it appears that you have not reviewed them. You have also initiated multiple support chats, expressed your frustration, and then left before giving us a fair opportunity to explain the process or help resolve the issue. I understand that you are frustrated, but it is equally frustrating for us when our instructions are not followed and our explanations are not given a chance to be completed. Our app is used by more than 500 merchants, and our reviews are genuine. Shopify has strict policies regarding reviews, and we have invested significant time and effort into supporting our merchants and earning their feedback. Suggesting otherwise without understanding how the app works is unfair to our team. Despite this, we are still open and willing to help. Great App. Does exactly what we need and thanks for the help in customising the app for our use.
This app really works great! I can load an entire collection and it will remove the hero picture or all pictures as I request. This gives me a chance to go on and do other things. I can actually change the first image of 250 products times three meaning 750 products run during three different processes. It’s affordable, which is needed when you are working with so many images thank you for a great app!
Very good app and useful for Amazon parent images where they require a white background for each parent product.

This is a very efficient and helpful app for removing backgrounds. Once the pictures are uploaded to you product page you just click the images you want edited and the app will upload them automatically. It's seamless and a huge time saver. They customer support is also very responsive. Thank you all for providing this service.
Does the job and when it didn't the customer support helped us out promptly fixing the problem :)
AI Brush solved a big problem for us. We had over 8,000 products and wated to stay on-brand. All the white/backgrounds of our products was ruining the experience. AI's customer support were able to help us solve the problem in Bulk. Very kind and responsive - we will be using them again in the near future.
