They charge you! Even though you uninstal after trying so terrible

Beware you will be charged even if support can't fix it, and you uninstall it

In regard to your concerns, as mentioned in our support ticket, the content generated by the app depends on the settings you choose, including the selected model and the type of generation (standard or with custom prompts). For optimal results, we recommend using the 4o model along with custom prompts, as they allow you to specify all the key details you’d like to see in the generated content. Custom prompts are especially helpful in tailoring the output to your specific needs. We would have been happy to discuss these recommendations further during a live call, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive a response about rescheduling the session. Regarding your billing concerns, we’d like to clarify that Shopify manages all billing processes for apps on their platform. Unfortunately, charges may still apply if the app is uninstalled after the billing cycle has started. That said, as per your refund request on March 3rd, we promptly issued a full refund, as we always aim to ensure fairness in situations like this.
