Before using page crafter AI it made product uploading a tedious and time consuming task. This app is a game changer! It allows you to create visual, high converting product, collection and blog pages quickly and professionally. Definitely recommend!
I agree with the other 1-star review. Ever since installing this app, I’ve been experiencing a large amount of bot traffic that I never had before. I even tested it on a brand-new store, and the same issue occurred. On top of that, there’s been no response from customer service despite reaching out multiple times. Very disappointing experience. Once you change one product description say bye to ever getting that version back, it has been changed forever and you are unable to have it as it was...

Absolutely fantastic app! PageCrafter AI has made it incredibly easy to generate high-quality product descriptions using AI, and the results are consistently impressive. One of the best features is the ability to add custom HTML, which gives you full flexibility over the content. The developer, Sumanth, provides outstanding support—he’s always quick to respond and has even implemented custom features based on my requests. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to streamline their store content while keeping full creative control. A must-have for any serious Shopify store owner!
WARNING! - ONCE INSTALLED THE APP CANNOT BE REMOVED WITHOUT HAVING TO REWRITE THE COMPLETE CATALOGUE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS! THIS APP IS HARD WIRED INTO YOUR HTML AND THERE IS NO EASY WAY TO UNINSTALL!! At first glance, PageCrafter looks fine – the installation is straightforward and the interface is decent. However, the problems start as soon as you dig deeper. The biggest issue is how the app forcefully installs itself into every single theme on your Shopify store – not just the live one, but even inactive themes and newly added ones without permission. It doesn’t stop there: it malfunctions on those inactive themes (which it shouldn't even be touching), and to make matters worse, it only works properly on the active theme. Uninstalling the app doesn’t clean things up either – it leaves behind remnants in your theme files that you can’t easily remove, creating a mess that you’re left to deal with manually. I reached out to the developers for support and, shockingly, received no reply whatsoever. Zero courtesy, zero assistance – just silence. Shopify needs to look into this app. It behaves more like malware than a helpful tool. I do not recommend PageCrafter to anyone – the after-sales support is awful, and the app's behaviour is invasive and irresponsible. Avoid at all costs.
