I have been using this chatbot plugin for a few months now and it streamlines the queries between clients seeking assistance and those seeking product specific information. There were a couple of tweaks that were needed and the support team FineAI were very accommodating and efficient. Highly recommended for Shopify plugins!

I can very much recommend this app. It's helping a lot with customers conversations, leading them to good, easy solutions. It is also quite well built, has lots of customization options. There's definitely lots of opportunity and room for it to grow!
